    The Runners and Hurdlers Training Kit is a wealth of knowledge. I would highly recommend this course for coaches, yoga instructors, the competitive athlete or the weekend warrior. In this course Gwen teaches how to assess your own muscle imbalances and how to observe them in others with the use of yoga postures. You will also learn about the common injuries runners often encounter, and which specific yoga poses can be done to prevent those injuries or aid in the recovery process. Furthermore the program teaches you how to structure yoga sequences in order to improve overall sports performance including: physical ability, mental perseverance and focus. You won’t want to miss out on this excellent training tool.
